Shipping: Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Freight quotes are included with every formal pricing response.
Lead time: Standard ground shipping is 2–5 business days nationwide. Expedited and overnight options are available on request.
Returns: All sales are final. Items are not returnable except in the case of a defect, damage in transit, or a verified issue with the product. Contact our team within 5 business days of receipt to report any issue and we will work with you on a replacement or resolution.
Damaged shipments: Note any visible damage with the carrier at receipt and contact us within 5 business days for replacement.
