Business-to-business use

This website and our products and services are intended for businesses and licensed healthcare organizations only. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to act on behalf of your organization, and using the site for a business purpose.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or for suspicious activity.

Products, catalog, and availability

We strive to keep product information, descriptions, images, and availability accurate and up to date. However, catalog content is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time. Product images are for reference only and may not reflect the exact version shipped.

Quotes, orders, and acceptance

A quote request or order submitted through our website is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed contract. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and provide written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or failure to meet account or credit requirements. We may require additional verification before accepting an order.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance, or applicable taxes unless explicitly indicated. Volume pricing, credit terms, and net-payment terms are available for qualified business customers and require approval. We reserve the right to cancel orders or correct pricing for obvious errors displayed on the site.

Credit and net terms are not available on a first order. A new customer's first transaction is payable in advance by card or wire. Applications for net terms are considered only after at least one completed prepaid order, and are subject to verification of the organisation, its registered address, and trade references. We ship only to an address verifiably associated with the purchasing organisation. We do not ship to freight forwarders or residential addresses on a first order.

Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly upon receipt and reporting damage, shortages, or errors in accordance with our shipping and returns policies.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Many medical products, especially sterile, lot-controlled, temperature-sensitive, or single-use items, cannot be returned once opened or used. Returns are accepted only with prior written return authorization (RMA) and may be subject to restocking fees. To request a return, contact us at info@landedppe.org.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless defective.
• Custom or special-order items are generally non-returnable.
• Recalls, product defects, and safety issues will be handled according to manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Regulatory compliance and product use

Landed Healthcare Procurement is a distributor, not the manufacturer, of the products we sell. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that any purchase, possession, and use of products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and professional licensing requirements. Products are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals and licensed facilities.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Joy Distribution LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
